It's eventually sanctioned Grand Theft Auto 6 is coming

We knew it was cooking — I mean, obviously it was passing — but now it's sanctioned Rockstar has vindicated that a new Grand Theft Machine is coming. 

"With the unknown life of GTAV, we know multitudinous of you have been asking us about a new entry in the Grand Theft Bus series,"the factory said in the bottommost Grand Theft Machine community update. 

"With every new design we embark on, our thing is always to significantly move beyond what we have previously delivered — and we are pleased to confirm that active development for the coming entry in the Grand Theft Bus series is well underway. We look forward to sharing more as soon as we are ready, so please stay tuned to the Rockstar Newswire for sanctioned details."

 Note that it's not inevitably Grand Theft Machine 6 in name — a full, formal title wasn't given — but given how Rockstar has named the first five mainline games in the series, I suppose it's a reasonable bet the pattern will continue. Whatever it ends up being called, it will be truly interesting to see how the tone of the game compares to former entries in the series Rockstarco- author Dan Houser, one of the primary creative forces behind the Grand Theft Bus series, left the factory in 2020.
